But unfortunately, some are greedy with this scheme. One of them had happened with Ark: Survival Evolved which although not yet completed, had to sell paid DLC some time ago. But who would have thought that a similar controversy resumed with this one survival game.

For no apparent reason, after the Summer Sale Steam event, Ark: Survival Evolved just abruptly raised the price of their game in Steam in an unimaginable percentage. Almost double the previous price! It is now offered at a price of around USD 59.99 for the American market, and approximately USD 450,000 for the package included with the expansion pack - Scorched Earth. Worse yet, they did not communicate this at all before.
